During our recent family gathering of 11 adults and 7 children, we found the communal areas spacious enough for our group to unwind after our daily activities. The self-service breakfast featured a mix of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and a hearty full English option, ensuring a satisfying start to our day. The provided electric kettle in our chalet enhanced our morning routine, allowing for convenience alongside comfort. While the hotel itself has a slightly dated feel, the overall cleanliness and comfort of our accommodations, complete with a well-used sitting area, offered good value for the price. the warmth of the staff was a stand-out feature, which enhanced the experience. Plas Tan Y Bwlch successfully balances luxury with affordability, making it a smart choice for family gatherings and a base for exploring the surrounding scenery.
